Welcome to bat399. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and bat399 ("bat399", "we", "us", "the Platform"). To register and use bat399, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bat399 does not permit minors to use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing bat399 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted for your use.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or voluntary exclusion programme that would restrict your access to online gaming.

Each player may only hold one bat399 account. If you are found to hold more than one account, bat399 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation. When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. bat399 operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses and transactions are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversions and no foreign exchange fees applied by bat399 to standard transactions.

The following payment methods are supported on bat399:

Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that has been verified in connection with your bat399 account. bat399 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts belonging to persons other than the registered account holder.

bat399 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for the purpose of security checks, identity verification, or investigation of potential Terms violations. In such cases, the support team will notify the account holder of the reason for the delay and the expected resolution timeline.

All bets placed on bat399 — whether on Sports Betting, Live Casino tables, Slots, Slot Games or Fish Games — are subject to the specific game rules displayed within each product section, as well as these general Terms.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the bat399 system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed except in the following circumstances:

• A technical error caused the bet to be placed incorrectly and is verifiable in the system log
• The relevant event or game is cancelled before commencement and no result is reached
• bat399 determines at its sole discretion that an error occurred in the odds or game settings that materially misrepresented the bet

In Sports Betting, all Cricket markets — including PSL matches, T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournament fixtures — are settled according to the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body. bat399 follows standard settlement rules for each market type as displayed in the platform. Where a match is abandoned or not completed, void rules apply and stakes are returned.

In Live Casino, Slots, Slot Games and Fish Games, all results are determined by certified random number generation. bat399 does not manipulate game outcomes. If a game round is interrupted due to a technical issue, the round will either be completed using the last known valid state or voided and the stake returned, depending on the nature of the interruption.

bat399 prohibits any form of bet manipulation, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software errors, or any strategy designed to systematically gain an unfair advantage. Detection of any such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any related winnings.

bat399 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, qualifying games and expiry dates. These promotion-specific terms are displayed alongside each offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

The following general rules apply to all bat399 bonuses unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise:

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact bat399 support immediately via live chat. bat399 will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension while the investigation is conducted.

You must not use your bat399 account for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing activities that are prohibited under applicable law. bat399 cooperates with relevant authorities in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

• Do not use public Wi-Fi networks without a secure VPN when accessing your bat399 account
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices
• Do not save your bat399 password in a browser on a shared or public device
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to support immediately

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bat399 shall not be liable for:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. bat399's total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount of your deposits in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You may close your bat399 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance after satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering requirements will be processed as a withdrawal to your verified payment method within the standard processing time.

bat399 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification
• Detection of multiple account creation
• Use of automated software or bots
• Any behaviour that bat399 determines to be harmful to the platform, other players or the integrity of games and markets

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bat399 will communicate with the account holder regarding the investigation status. Where an account is permanently closed due to a Terms violation, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be dealt with in accordance with the outcome of the investigation.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. If you have a dispute with bat399, the first step is to contact our support team via live chat, who will work to resolve the issue promptly and fairly. bat399 aims to respond to all formal complaints within five business days.

bat399 does not make any claim to hold a licence issued by any Pakistan government authority or regulatory body. Players are responsible for understanding the legal framework applicable to online gaming in their own jurisdiction and for ensuring their use of bat399 complies with any rules applicable to them personally.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bat399 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
